Ryuga 龍牙 is a hand-forged knife series by master bladesmith Shiro Kamo (Ryuga means 'dragon's fang' in Japanese). The knife has 32 layers of Damascus steel with an inner core of hard stainless VG10 steel (61–62 HRC). Shiro Kamo consistently produces knives with outstanding performance. The blades are thin and can easily be sharpened to razor sharpness. This knife is made entirely by hand, is of the highest quality and has a classic Japanese design.

Keep in mind that the edge is hard and thin. Never force the edge through ingredients, as this can easily damage it. This is a precision instrument and should be used with care.
