Ryuga 龍牙 is a hand-forged knife series by master bladesmith Shiro Kamo (Ryuga means 'dragon's fang' in Japanese). The knife has 32 layers of Damascus steel with a core of hard stainless VG10 steel (61-62 HRC). Shiro Kamo consistently delivers knives with exceptional performance. The blades are thin and can easily be sharpened to a razor-sharp edge. This knife is made entirely by hand, is of the highest quality and has a classic Japanese design.

Bear in mind that the edge is hard and thin. Never force the edge through ingredients, as it can easily be damaged. This is a precision instrument and should be used with care.
