Delivery times
On our website, we offer a selected range of products from each supplier. This allows us to keep all listed products in stock and provide fast delivery, often as early as the day after you place your order. If a product is not listed on our website, we are happy to order it for you, with delivery usually available within five business days. Please contact us for a price quote for the product you are interested in.

Your order will be shipped on the same day that payment is received (or an invoice has been registered), provided the item is in stock. If a product is temporarily out of stock, it usually takes an additional 2–5 days before it is available again. In exceptional cases, an item may also be backordered by the supplier. If this happens, we will contact you immediately to find a suitable solution.

Shipping damage and faulty products
If a product is faulty, it is important that you notify Rena Snitt Sverige AB within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. You should inspect all products carefully upon receipt to ensure that they are free from defects, function as intended and have the characteristics you expect. Returns must be sent back in their original packaging and securely packed in packaging approved by the shipping carrier.

Please note: Handmade knives are unique and rarely perfect. The blade may have marks or scratches, the edge may not always be perfectly straight, the thickness of the edge may vary slightly, and the handle may sit at a slight angle. The edge is also rarely razor-sharp straight out of the box.

You are, of course, welcome to return a product you are not satisfied with. Minor imperfections are, however, a natural part of handmade knife production, and we therefore do not cover return shipping in these cases. There are naturally limits to what can be considered normal, and we are happy to discuss each individual case. If you have questions about a specific knife, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Warranty
All our products are covered by warranty in accordance with Swedish consumer law. The warranty does not cover damage to the cutting edges of our kitchen knives. Many of our knives have thin, hard blades, which makes them more sensitive to improper use. The knives are designed for cutting food and should not be used to cut through hard shells, bones or frozen food.
