Ryuga 龍牙 is a hand-forged knife series by master blacksmith Shiro Kamo (Ryuga means "Dragon's Fang" in Japanese). The blade features 32 layers of Damascus steel surrounding a core of hard, stainless VG-10 steel (61–62 HRC).

Shiro Kamo consistently produces knives with outstanding cutting performance. The blades are thin and can easily be sharpened to a razor-sharp edge.

Each knife is crafted entirely by hand, combining exceptional quality with traditional Japanese design.

Please note that the cutting edge is hard and thin. Never force the blade through ingredients, as this can easily damage the edge. This is a precision instrument and should be handled with care.
