Ryuga 龍牙 is a hand-forged knife series by master blacksmith Shiro Kamo (Ryuga means “dragon’s fang” in Japanese). The knife features 32 layers of Damascus steel with a core of hard, stainless VG-10 steel (61–62 HRC). Shiro Kamo consistently produces knives with outstanding performance. The blades are thin and can easily be sharpened to a razor-sharp edge.

This knife is made entirely by hand, offers exceptional quality, and features classic Japanese design.

Please note that the edge is hard and thin. Never force the blade through ingredients, as this can easily damage the edge. This is a precision instrument and should be used with care.
