This gift set consists of an HB-85 chef's knife (21 cm) and an HB-55 utility knife (13.5 cm).
Mac knives have a quality not found in many knives and have a grinding angle between 10-15 degrees. The knife is therefore razor-sharp!

The material is high-quality Japanese steel. As if that weren't enough, the knife also has an alloy of extra hard steel, including molybdenum, tungsten, and vanadium, which makes the edge extra durable and rust-resistant, and the handle is made of wood.

Clean the knife after use.
Wash by hand using the soft side of a dish sponge and a little dishwashing liquid.
Rinse the blade especially thoroughly after contact with salty foods.
