Nakiri with a 16.5 cm blade.

Hatsukokoro Ginrei is a very affordable knife with a fine finish and a thin, sharp edge. The core steel is Gingami#3, which is a very fine stainless steel with a hardness of 61 HRC. Around the core steel are two layers of stainless steel with a coarse nashiji finish. The handle is octagonal and made from bubinga.
