Care Instructions

A wooden cutting board will last for many years if properly cared for. Wash the board by hand using a small amount of dish soap and as little water as possible. Dry it after cleaning and never leave it soaking in water or put it in the dishwasher.

Regular maintenance

• Treat the board with food-grade mineral oil when the wood starts to feel dry.

• For a more thorough treatment, apply a generous amount of oil and leave it overnight. Wipe off any excess oil the following day.

• Stubborn stains can be gently scrubbed with coarse salt.

• Always store the cutting board in a dry place.
