The Shiun VG-10 is an incredibly affordable knife made from hard VG-10 stainless steel. The blade is thin and fine, and the knife comes with impressive sharpness. The blade's finish is called tsuchime, a hammered texture that gives a rustic impression. This is enhanced by the oak handle, which has been burned to a dark finish.
