Santoku with a 165 mm blade and an exceptionally thin, finely ground edge. The handle is octagonal and made from dyed and stabilized maple wood.

Shiro Kamo consistently produces knives with outstanding cutting performance. The blades are thin and can easily be sharpened to a razor-sharp edge.

For this series, Shiro Kamo has chosen stainless SG-2 powder steel, hardened to 62–63 HRC. The core is surrounded by multiple layers of softer steel, creating a unique and beautiful pattern on each blade, known as Damascus steel.

Each knife is entirely handmade to the highest standards of craftsmanship, combining exceptional quality with classic Japanese design.

PLEASE NOTE: This knife series features extremely thin edges made from very hard steel, making them particularly sensitive to stress and lateral forces. Take extra care when cutting, avoiding twisting movements, hard materials, or excessive resistance that could damage the delicate edge.
