Santoku

Santoku, an all-purpose knife, with an 18 cm long blade. A customer favorite that is now also available with Japanese handles! The handle is octagonal and made of oak that has been burned and varnished for a spectacular look. We highly recommend it!

Kashima RS-60 is a series of knives with really excellent properties, manufactured in the Japanese knife city of Seki City. The steel in the knives is called PS-60, which is a stainless single steel hardened to 60 HRC. In other words, it is a hard steel that holds its edge well while being easy to sharpen. Thanks to its very thin blade, this knife cuts exceptionally well, while its soft curves make it comfortable to work with.
