Santoku with a 17 cm long blade.

The core steel is Gingami#3, which is a very fine stainless steel with a hardness of 61 HRC. Around the core steel are 2 layers of stainless steel with a rough nashiji finish. The handle is octagonal and made of walnut with a bolster of black pakka wood.
