Chef's knife with a 243 mm long blade.

The Ryuhyo from Hatsukokoro is a truly spectacular knife made from the top stainless steel SG-2 powdered steel. Around the core steel is a cladding of dark-etched nickel damascus with incredible contrasts. The edge is thin, and the knife cuts like a razor blade. It's a high-performance 'laser' that is captivatingly beautiful to behold. The handle is made of ebony.
