Mandolin + Julienne

A top-quality mandoline that both slices and juliennes vegetables. Stepless adjustment of the straight blade, from 0.5 mm to 10 mm. The blade is hand-sharpened with first-class sharpness. Comes with three interchangeable blades for shredding and julienne in three thicknesses. Underneath there is a non-slip grip that facilitates use, and the mandoline has a foot that allows it to be placed against a bowl so that the thin slices fall directly into the bowl. A finger guard is included and should be used for your safety.
