A hand-forged knife from Anryu knives in Takefu Knife Village. The forge is led by Takumi Ikeda, who took over after Katsushige Anryu retired several years ago. The knives are entirely hand-forged from VG-10 stainless steel with a beautiful nickel Damascus cladding. The knives are very well-forged. The spine is sturdy and tapers distinctly towards the tip, while the edge is very thin and delicate.
