Nakayama natural stone for kasumi polishing that creates high contrast between jigane and hagane. This stone has a large surface, but is relatively thin. However, it will last a long time as wear is very slow.
The finish is silky matte on a kiridashi with an iron sheath, and the edge retention is very good.
