The Flame bread knife from Mcusta Zanmai is a 23-centimeter bread knife with a beautiful red pakkawood handle. The blade is made of 32 layers of Damascus steel with a VG-10 steel core.

The red pakkawood handle provides a very comfortable grip and is fixed with three rivets, one of which is beautifully mosaic-decorated. The butt of the handle is flat and can be used for tasks such as crushing garlic and similar kitchen tasks.
