Mandolin

We are now introducing a new model of the acclaimed and award-winning
mandoline with a ceramic blade, which was rated best in test by Icakuriren (2011), Allt om mat (2010) and Aftonbladet (2010).

The new mandoline is a size larger and adapted to the demands of restaurant kitchens. It is easy to use, with no assembly or loose parts. Choose a thickness from 0.5 - 3 mm.

The ceramic blade stays sharp for many years. It is not affected by acids and cannot possibly rust.
