Mcusta Zanmai Revolution 3 Limited Edition is an exclusive knife series made in Seki, Japan. The blade features a dark, rustic finish that contrasts with the polished area near the edge and the distinctive lamination line. The brown wooden handle is combined with a faceted metal bolster and a decorative mosaic pin.

The Revolution series combines modern Japanese knife making with a high level of finish and excellent cutting performance. The thin blade and fine edge make this gyuto well suited to most tasks in the kitchen – from vegetables to meat and fish.

Wash by hand using the soft side of a dish sponge and a little dishwashing liquid.
Rinse the blade especially thoroughly after contact with salty foods.

Leaving salt or moisture on the blade for extended periods.
