Ceramic sharpening steel

A very fine-grained sharpening steel made of hard black ceramic. The sharpening steel is suitable for all metal knives, especially Japanese knives with thin and delicate blades.

The rod has shock-absorbing properties thanks to its metal core. It is not indestructible, but it will not snap like a solid ceramic rod. To further increase durability, the tip has been fitted with a plastic cap. This sharpening steel can withstand heavy use!

The handle has a metal ring for easy hanging.
